Really Good Company - ML Engineer Alternative Technology Employee Review

Loved it as it felt like I was at "Computer College" everyday as new vendors would stop by with training, spiffs, etc.......initially had no cap on earnings....however as the years passed the culture changed.

Well, spiffs & promotions became limited.....quotas raised, # of accounts lowered........just not as much potential.

The people are great and something interesting is always happening. Also, if you're into marketing, these people are cutting edge.

Middle management seems to have received their jobs by proving their ability to verbally harass their underlings.
