Ability to help young adults succeed

Very poorly managed. Women are typically hired over men despite a lack of required job qualifications. Rules are bent to favor and ultimately hire internal candidates who don't have appropriate educational requirements nor the required experience. High rate of turnover due to low pay and blatant favoritism amongst management.
