Great place to work. - Operations Alterna Employee Review

The executive leadership in place at this company during my tenure (until 2013), was the worst I've ever experienced. Poor decision-making, literally copying what our competitors did, and other missteps by the CEO crippled the company.

Copying our competitors, the CEO had no leadership skills

I worked there for almost a year and my department was exuberant and supportive. It was a great place to learn about the credit union business and strategies. Quite liked their commitment to the community, and as with most financial institutions, they were sales focused.

Did not work on the front line, but call centre seemed down sometimes and so did sales staff. The environment seemed to be changing as I was there, however, with many positive people making efforts to change.
