No room for advancement. Customer Service Department added a new assistant manager who is running the place. He has upper management wrapped around his finger. Whatever changes needs to be made to implement his views on the work environment will be put in place even if it affects the workflow of the customer service team.
Also, we can talk about pay changes. You walk in the door with one pay rate and when a pandemic happen then everyone work from home but drop customer service team pay by 10% and (here is the kicker) in order to earn your 10% pay back, we have to help another department do there job which in return put more stress on team members. Not to mention this company received the "CareAct" that gives companies over 500 employees funding to keep there employees working. And yet they still took away bonuses and dropped pay rate. But this is their way of telling us to be grateful you have a job. I agree with other reviews about butt kissing to get ahead.
