      Great benefits package. Generous time off. Tuition reimbursement. Lots of areas to expand career knowledge.

      Cons

      Limited growth for minorities. Strong Ethnic bias. Your ethnicity will determine your experience there. My direct supervisor targeted POC for things their counterparts did on regular basis.

      Pros

      The best benefits I've ever had. They'll pay for your college education and assist with your kids education. Competitive salary. Love people I work with. Lots of training available. Safety/quality is very important. I learn something new every day because there's so many sides to this industry. I love keeping my brain engaged.

      Cons

      College degree valued more than your experience with no growth track for you if you don't. Women have to work much harder to be considered for higher paying positions.

      Favoritism, policy only matters when higher ups want it to. Equipment poorly maintained if ever.
