Pros
You will work with the best group of people in the word! I love and adore everyone that works with me, it's like a family. They give you a great discount on clothes, shoes, and jewelry. The company believes in giving back, and do mission Mondays giving back 10% of proceeds. The company teaches you to love and serve your customers.
Cons
The pay. The pay scale is far lower than you would expect, and lower than other fine retailers, which I found surprising. Also, the company works managers too much, it's 45+hours a week with no overtime. You don't really get commission or bonuses, even in high volume stores. For anyone below management, they treat you as if you are expendable and you don't feel valued as an employee, like you would expect.
