      Depending on your store management can be great or horrible there’s no in between. Mine started great then got horrible real fast.

      Poor Management, unwelcoming environment, confusing policies, high turnover, lack of empathy, poor communication, passive aggressive management, high burnout, no employee appreciation whatsoever.
