      The LTE standard is a very advanced standard and undoubtedly gives you exposure to one of the most advanced technologies today.

      Cons

      A lot of ego problems between managers that harms the fertility of the company working environment is done in noisy open space - although there is a requirement to keep quiet If you are a student, I suppose you can really gain employment experience, but no more than that

      Pros

      with little over 250 employees, there are a lot of opportunities to be exposed to different disciplines. It is easier to drive a change: the management is relativly open to suggestions and improvements.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like the company take too much on its shoulders, But it just a feeling as I wasn't privy to all management consideration.
