there are no cons cos I got to see 2 incompetent people at work wrecking 10M in funding

There are some phenomenal people at this company, or were. Ireland.

- The ‘Co - CEO’s’ have no business running a company. Ever. - The CFO is embarrassing. Doesn’t engage with anyone in a timely or respectful manner. Pissed off multiple vendors with a lack of engagement. Mis managed the companies finances to the worst degree. - No product, no clients, no revenue - Long history of bad business practices & bankruptcy - Zero direction, and when one is set it doesn’t stick. The founders will change direction every 6 months every department has felt the pain of trying to follow a moving target. - ZERO go to market strategy, no metrics & complete ignorance on managing a rational burn rate. - These founders spent the last couple years obsessing with posturing the company like it’s a revenue generating AI machine. It is not. They spent funding like fools & promoted their own absurd IG accounts flashing luxury cars (rented LOL). - Founders will fire/lay off staff with no alignment with leadership, no severance & no justification. - Founders never listen to their team and if you’re too challenging you will be fired. - Founders love to place blame on anyone & everyone but themselves. Full of lies about past employees & shameless in their attempts to politic only for themselves financially. - Company stats are a lie, headcount is 50% lower than publicized & most global office locations no longer exist. - Founders are in it for personal gain. Focused on awards they don’t deserve & press that spins the lie. Don’t recommend at all. Times up on Altada.
