      Pros

      The overall salary is competitive. Some people negotiated during the interview stage and got more vacation hours.

      Cons

      Everyone was overloaded. There was no work - life balance at all for some positions. Some departments have extremely high turnover. Every time when a person resigned, a department could be half-down for a while.

      It is severely understaffed all departments have been turned into silos to create animosity in the group. Nothing can be done without the approval of micro managing overseer's say so. Extremely high turn over of employees
