Coworkers don’t care about individuals sometimes. I’d say it’s 60% who don’t care. That’s probably typical of most jobs.

It can be a chill place to work most nights.

Raises aren't really a thing unless being promoted to a different position. Can't have your phone for a whole 12 hour shift. Monitored like prisoners
