      Culture has been declining over the past few years Pay is below market average Lack of policies and procedures can hinder progress significantly Lack of segregation between some HR folk and senior management has made for poor optics in the past, especially during outside events

      AltaGas provides a great overall rewards package with opportunities to grow. Leadership is incredibly inclusive and supportive.

      Solid regulated natural gas utility. Career opportunities in operations and engineering

      Cons

      Sales, and Marketing function budgets have been reduced, not much emphasis on traditional meter growth. Unfortunately at the direction of the local public service commissions (DC, MD, and VA)
