Overall Good Job, Shoddy Management - Multi Channel Consumer Care Adviser Alta Resources Employee Review

My team's immediate management members were all friends and most of the associates came together from a previous organization so there were cliques from day 1. They took each other's sides during disputes, and didn't follow the proper chain of command regarding reports and allegations. HR was practically useless anytime I would email with questions or concerns. Got ignored most of the time. Benefits and Payroll teams didn't even know the differences between US policies and the ones for global branches, so I was blamed for a huge payroll snafu.
