Pros
Most people have flexible hours (hourly pay). The customer pays the bills no matter how high. Technical staff are smart, funny, and great to work with. Product staff try their best, but management shuts them down.
Cons
One of the managers is moody, abusive to the staff, and doesn't know how to talk to people very well. Another manager is smarmy and lies often to both customers and internally. This trickles down to the rest of the staff and makes everyone on edge and in CYA mode.
