      Competitive compensation Very competent and pleasant people to work with. Great ideas on how to improve pedagogy.

      Cons

      Very shallow perspective of education Lost interest when I discovered this was a heavily politically driven business catering to rich white Democrat voting clientele per one inhiuae meeting.
