Pros

Quality of work is stellar, artists are amazing and learned so much from them, proud of the shots I did.

Cons

Production is often stressed and unclear, feels disorganised and way to much gossip and little groups formed, makes the atmosphere a bit toxic.

Pros

Management did their best to navigate the downturn of the writers/actors strikes and have helped the company really bounce back. Senior staff are very experienced and helpful, great communication skills and always provide constructive feedback. Staff retention seems great, a lot of lifers and most artists seem to have at least 3+ years at the company. A lot of diversity with the work, always a mixture of TVC and long-form projects on the go. Brisbane office is beautiful, a vibrant old church building in a nicer area of Fortitude Valley.

Cons

Open plan building can get noisy, producers and all art dept. share the same floor and the noise can get distracting at its peak. Location can be a pain to get to, if you're driving traffic is always an issue as well as parking. Public transport is cheap but still requires a bit of a walk to the nearest stations/busways. A little bit of overtime sometimes required but always paid
