      Micromanagement and severe levels and complexity of Red Tape Bureaucracy and Procedures with no time to get them all done adequately leading to burnout and stress of everyone.

      Pros

      Pay is acceptionaly well for sure. They do allow you 3 days of rest but you should get your 40 hours IF there is enough work for every driver each week. SO…

      Cons

      Their turnover rate is extremely high and they are very strict. Can get uncomfortable at times. They site you for the smallest mistakes and rarely have any understanding. HR will fool you. They are not on your side at all. ZERO TOLERANCE.
