      Pros

      You do get a paycheck

      Cons

      They lie about everything, They treat you poorly and will call you names. The management and supervisors are racist. The medical benefits are horrible, might as well not have any. last minute forced to work overtime to include weekends and holidays. No climate control in the plant, in the winter you will freeze. They have several complaints to L&I about their poor culture and mistreatment of employees.

      Pros

      Not a lot of pro’s, can get materials at cost for employees, but they put a cap on it… so.

      Cons

      Branch’s are run on the AS400. The system is outdated and archaic, created in 1988, and looks like they’ve updated it since. The system is horrible. Corporate overlords that have never had experience in the branch make awful decisions. Not much leadership presence in the branches, and absolutely no where to grow besides warehouse manager or branch manager unless you live in Atlanta or Ohio. People inside the branch are alright.
