Now that the "new leadership" is in charge this is a fantastic place to work and the company cares about me and my contributions. * The opportunities are endless for someone that is willing to work hard, and make the adjustments necessary to a "life on the road" as a thought leader/Consultant * Fantastic new Consultant training program that from a first hand perspective is going to enable Alsbridge to grow from within which is paramount to our continued success

* Small company mentality still in place in some ways. Fortunately, that is very quickly going away as the new leadership makes the necessary changes.
