      It is hourly pay. Other than that, it’s very much not competitive. Work off hours, first shift is for senior employees.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
