Pros

Free coffee I guess maybe. Also comes with a cute little market in which you can buy bottles of soda and premade food

Cons

If you become a material handler, you are treated like absolute garbage. Supervisors will mandatory you to death the second you get out of onboarding. They have a set limit on how many tickets you have to do a day, but they give no outlet on how to do that many in practice. This has lead to employees scared for their life to not get fired to force others to stay because they're seniority. Get paired with newbies that don't know the equipment and need to? Get ready to spend anywhere from 9 1/2 to 10 1/2 hours here. Every day. Also, if you want to go above and beyond because you're just that type of person, your choice of taking overtime doesn't mean a lick here. Stay 13 hours yesterday? If management is thinking of mandatorying everyone, guess what? You're doing 10 today.

Pros

Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

Cons

The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
