Great if you want to work in an old school environment - Inside Sales Alro Employee Review

The OS is very old and the training provided to learn is not sufficient. They just invest in warehouse and industrial machinery. Philosophy and mentality is old school. They make employees jump into hoops to be able to progress or resolve problems. They take advantage of new hires and don't line up all the benefits you have and mistakes that you can make. Rules don't always make sense and it is not a happy or fun work environment.
