      Pros

      The pay is good, the benefits are good. You really don't need experience they train you right there. All you need is to show ambition to make the company profitable and they will give back to you!!! They also give you anything you want ex. Shoes, supplies, or anything that you bring up and have a case towards getting something that would help you or the other guys out they will buy it for you

      Cons

      The work is physical so if you're planning to do this your whole life it definitely can take a toll on your body

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      Cons

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
