      Pros

      Benefits and pay. Clean and safer than most companies. The owner is a wonderful human being. Their family are truly great, smart and caring individuals. If they knew my story things would have been different.

      Cons

      Micromanaging chokes production. Promoting people with less experience over those who know the business. They can’t walk and chew gum at the same time. It’s management coming to your department and whoever can stand and talk the most gets promoted.

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
