      Pros

      Great benefits, great pay.

      Cons

      Lots and lots of cronyism, and no one is interested in training you if you don't know anything about steel. Oddly enough, they'll hire you if you don't know anything about steel - but seem to expect you to just absorb the information... out in the warehouse. Standing there. While people ignore you.

      Pros

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      Cons

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
