      The company will never admit problems, they pretend they don't exist so they don't have to fix them. Very black and white company, even if you are right you are still wrong.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
