      Pros

      Summer holidays (3 weeks) , sick payment, nice college at work, but this is not enough! They said they gonna train people around the cell but just words!

      Cons

      Low payment, shifts work, pretentious management! Low organisation, waisting of time to stay there! Very boring place , every day the same thing!

      Great People, willing to work together and help one another flexible work hours Corporate functions every year (Christmas party, luncheons and picnics.

      Cons

      Micro Management, poor management. Horrible onboarding process Little to no Training Work life balance is bad due to footprint in Korea, Japan and China. many night meetings. Managers Will discuss your performance with your peers instead of talking directly to you. zero opportunity for advancement
