Pros
Great company for recent graduate engineers. Medical was incredibly good, I didn’t pay any hospital bills for having my baby while at this company. Good place to grow and learn as an engineer.
Cons
Pay vs weekly hours. Start time is always at 8am, leaving before or right at 5pm is usually frowned upon even if worked overtime before. Expect to spend hour long meetings after 5pm and not getting any of those hours back during normal hours. If you are involved in manufacturing expect to travel to mexico often at a few hours notice.
