      Pros

      People who work there are nice. I had fun in between my tasks with the other co-ops. Reasonably close to RIT

      Cons

      This co-op is way more technical support then actual programming. You will answer the phone and emails with other co-ops. Solving problems for customers either with helping them find something in the application, figuring out bugs, restarting services that dropped, and just dealing with old people in general. If you are there for two semesters that will be the first semester, then if you're lucky you will get to program in Pascal.

      Have hired a lot of people recently since there has been a lot of growth. Atmosphere is fun and the people are good.

      It's a lot of work and can feel overwhelming.

      Friendly work environment, people care about each other. Laid back when it comes to the office life, as long as you are getting your things done

      Cons

      Outdated technology. Poor upper management when it comes to behavior and creating an enjoyable environment. Company was purchased recently, so I don't know if this has changed
