Broad exposure to the world of equities No two days are alike which provides a consistent, mental stimulus I find remarkably rewarding.

A large number of unintentional consequences due to past associations that are beyond one's ability to influence. The compensation isn't strong and far too little benefits.

-Good pay -Free lunch -Easy working hours

-Has a shady owner that is involved in lawsuits with the SEC. -Will hire people with drug issues that show up to work clearly high/drunk. -Treat employees with zero compassion.
