      Pros

      I had the opportunity to partner with clients who aligned with my values, work independently, keep clients and Founder up-to-date weekly, and balance work and life. I also felt very valued as a contract employee. The Founder was forthcoming with compliments and feedback from me on clients and the company.

      Cons

      Focused only on passive recruiting, which can get monotonous, but depends on the person.
