If you have specific examples of bullying, confidential information being shared without consent, etc. we encourage you to let us know as we take these issues very seriously.
Regardless of whether you feel comfortable sharing this with management and/or HR, we will be using this review as an example for the training and development of our managers. Our goal is to overcome this us v them perception.
As for turnover, Alpine has been running at about 15% turnover for the past 4 years. People will always come and go. While it may seem like there is high turnover at times the overall level is very respectable when we consider there are companies in our industry running at to 50% turnover or more per year.
