      Great firm with great standards and structures for a smaller firm. Set a standard for how to run a nimble organisation.

      Nothing - really enjoyable time to work there with a diverse range of customers and diversity at the management level

      Pros

      close knit team, subsidiary of Optus now so good development opportunities to transition to other areas.

      Cons

      I cant really think of any except that I spent a lot of time on customer site (where it would have been great to be more present in the office any among the team).
