      I worked here right after college and it was a very positive experience. I learned a great deal and was able to transfer those skills to my current position.

      It's good for rapidly increasing your skill. If you're willing to be overworked with little support

      You can work there for 6 years, accomplishing great things and you may still be perceived as less than. Example: You make a request, and the owner responds (inaccurately): Weren't you a stockboy when I hired you?
