Yet, 10% of the workforce from across various divisions was let go. However, no one responsible for the actual losses was rebuked. - Management needs to make things right. - Founder might be very dependent on one PM

      Pros

      Very collegial environment with very smart people. The work is interesting and challenging. Technology team is very collaborative. New CTO does have high expectations from everyone on the team which is good if you want to work hard. Friday family lunch is nice.

      Very flat organization, hard to get a promotion unless someone leaves
