      The company empower you to do things. You work on wide job scope and have great opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Flat hierarchy. Promotion in title is difficult. The pay will increase but the title remain unchanged.

      Pros

      Very collegial environment with very smart people. The work is interesting and challenging. Technology team is very collaborative. New CTO does have high expectations from everyone on the team which is good if you want to work hard. Friday family lunch is nice.

      Cons

      Very flat organization, hard to get a promotion unless someone leaves
