Nothing special at this company

Their website is alphabyte.co.jp The management was terrible, and their decisions were even worse. They gave me a deadline of just a few weeks to complete a project, with me being the only backend engineer. I had already informed them that I could meet the deadline as long as there were no interruptions or additional tasks from other projects. However, despite that, there were still numerous additional tasks, causing the project to be delayed by just one week. And what happened next? The CEO, without any discussion and completely unilaterally, fired me on the spot. It was the worst company I've ever worked for.
