There are some extremely smart people entering the senior ranks that emoby the best values of AlphaSights, which should give confience to many across the firm.
Cons
This is a place for people that want their career to be a main part of their life and are ambitious to grow quickly in their career. If you're looking for a role that's a clean 9-5 or a complete separation between work life balance, then you're going to hate it. You won't have a direct barrier between your work day and your non-work day. For many, this is perfectly fine and definitely does not prevent you from having a full life. I work a lot but still do so much outside of work with friends, family, and experiences -- however, for some, they want that extremely clear split which they won't get at AlphaSights.
