80+% of the company is straight out of college/has never worked anywhere else, which makes for an interesting dynamic--there's also the typical corporate lack of diversity (particularly racial and economic) that is talked about constantly but needs clearer actioning on;
The hours are quite long, which wasn't unexpected but was different from advertised in interview process (10 hour days are the norm/average, and that's when it's not exceptionally busy), especially as you're in the earlier months of learning to do the job;
Probation period (3 month and 6 month "integration process") that isn't mentioned before hiring and which does lead to termination in cases;
Accepting the job comes with big limitations on investing in stock market (rightly so due to the nature of the work) that should have been explained during the offer stage rather than after hiring.
