Pros
1) Coworkers are very smart and gregarious - you will make friends here you that will have for a long time 2) Very quick learning curve - learn sales calls techniques (cold call, email bursts, etc)
Cons
1) Not a negative but this is a (good) entry level Sales Job - they dress it up but that is the truth 2) Management is very young (24-26) meaning mentorship is extremely rare and the quality of management is poo. 3) Pay and Benefits are not competitive 4) Career prospects are limiting unless you want to enter sales or go to business school 5) the role is 24/7 and consumes you - it's all people can talk about inside and outside of work. Your quota meter sits on your computer letting you know every second if you are behind or ahead of pace
