We're constantly looking to improve, so we valuable all feedback we receive (though hearing it through one of our many internal feedback channels would be most constructive and appreciated!).
To respond to your main point: people at AlphaSights definitely work hard to provide a high level of service to our clients. Sometimes -- but not always -- that means some late nights. Our people are rewarded for their hard work and the impact they make on the business with performance pay, significant autonomy and responsibility, and rapid career progression opportunities.
We're constantly working to make sure AlphaSights is a great place for ambitious people to launch their careers. That means finding people who are the perfect fit, setting clear expectations that this is a place where people work hard (and play hard!), and rewarding people for their contributions.
