- Sliced up the pie when tripling the size of SDR team this year and as a result, quotas have become more or less unattainable. They expect you to hit the same meeting target with a fraction of the territory SDRs had this time last year.
- No equity. What matters most is the quality of the book you've been given, not your effort or quality of work. In some areas quota is attainable. In others, it is all but impossible. Though effort always counts, it is not rewarded at AlphaSense, and therefore not encouraged.
- Upper Management is either totally disconnected or does not care. Even persistent efforts to raise issue internally end up falling on deaf ears, and you are more or less stonewalled and told to "try harder".
- Hired so many people that promotions are being pushed out and it is now looking like a minimum 15-month track to AE promotion.
- Using large SDR force to maximize revenue before IPO and screwing them over on quota attainment.
- In several areas you are forced to hound fed up prospects over and over and over due to a lack of territory and sky high expectations. Reputational repercussions for the sales team will follow if this persists.
