Pros
Been working here for over 10 years. The owners of the company are very friendly and accommodating. You also have enough flexibility to pursue your own ideas and see it come to life. Also has excellent growth opportunity as the company keeps growing with new technical services and software products.
Cons
As always with a growing company, everyone is figuring out the different / additional roles they need to be performing, which can sometimes can be frustrating, but it is an excellent learning opportunity and makes you grow stronger.
