      -staff get along pretty good

      Cons

      -Leadership changes changed everything that made alphakor a good place to work. - workload is unrealistic and we are expected to suck it up - tech team works hard and brings in money to support other failing depts. -training doesn't exist -stress level is so high you can feel it when you walk in -nobody is happy anymore -some people dont get trouble when they dont do their jobs

      Pros

      - The people are amazing. - There was a "cleaning house" after the new management came in a few years ago that removed the "toxic" employees and focused on ensuring there is a very inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. - Many very smart technicians, and a wonderful design team.

      Cons

      - The pay is mid to low tier. If you work hard they will give you a raise, but that still isn't enough in the society we live in today.
