Product: * No direction Engineering: * Segregated into two teams, one to build a prototype platform and the other one to build the real platform so AlphaFlow can fire the prototype team HR: * Unable to answer questions about compensation even after following up a week later * Openly stated "silence is consent" during an all hands meeting. After being called on this Ray (the owner) affirmed that HR was correct * Leaked PII more than once * As of writing, has withheld final compensation for four weeks
