We know that no business is ever perfect, but we do genuinely listen to what our colleagues say, whether that’s in our regular employee surveys, through our AlphaPeople forum, or through any other channel. Where we believe that criticism is well-founded , we will do everything we can to address it, as it is in everyone’s interests to work in a happy and productive team. For example, we now have schemes in place to reward people for making cost-saving suggestions and for nominating colleagues for our quarterly CARE awards, which recognise and reward employees for demonstrating our key values.
