Pros

Medical and gym policy. Easy place to get a job as HR doesn't know anything about tech coz their priorities are just to fill in positions but not with right peoples.

Cons

This was once an ok place to join until they grew and turn this place into a family enterprise. Management, specially from PK office is very insecure and ignorant control freaks. They have been using HR and Marketing team to flood Glassdoor with fake 5-star review whenever there is a real review. You can clearly observe the trend here and now they are using new joiners for fake reviews. They focus is to manipulate the rating at this platform. Working environment is bad and employees are treated badly. Luring new candidates with false US relocation promises are now their top offering perk. Even if it happens, they will exploit and underpay you while you’ll burdened with 3-5 years bond to carry. Senior management is family and friends so they can do whatever they want. They will trench you to the phase where you’ll lose stability between personal and professional life. No boundaries for working hrs as you always asked to work with US team as per their work hrs along with following normal work hrs 9 am to 6 pm PK time zone.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is not having to deal with such an unorganized leadership team.

Cons

-the pay is exceptionally low for the work experience required -the HR person is never available, rarely in the office, and nothing is ever done on time. - the US office is completely ignored compared to the Pakistan office. -the benefits are horribly expensive, start on your 2nd month, and you have to pay for them, assuming you even get coverage correctly.
