Pros
- Flexibility - Work life balance (if you are able to manage your time, and not take calls from Area Managers, Regional Managers and Directors who work outside of business hours) - Well meaning co workers and bosses
Cons
- 6.5 Hours of PTO per day regardless of hours worked. - Area Managers, Regional Managers and Directors who expect work to be completed outside of working hours. - Area Managers, Regional Managers and Directors who do not know, understand, or enforce labor laws. - Too many hands in each department with constantly changing decisions made my the executive and senior leadership teams. - The company is in an identity crisis as of December 2025, acquiring ed tech companies, etc. - VPs for program operations and operations are prone to routine retaliatory actions and behaviors, such as passing qualified candidates for promotions, bonuses, and most importantly removal of necessary access to systems that allow you to perform your job duties. - The company does not post internal opportunities for new internal positions, despite this being in the top three request of current employees in a recent survey (the Chief Development Officer and Learning & Development Team are the most repetitive offending parties of this.)
