      Pros

      Work was a remote job which was perfect due to me still being in school and they worked with my schedule so I could still get the hours I needed to pull in an income. They were patient with me and my lack of knowledge and were definitely willing to teach me thing I didn't know.

      None at this time that I can think of.

      Pros

      The company values really speak about the team that we have. Great team, and great environment.

      Cons

      Remote work has a little bit of a disconnect if you don't intentionally try to engage with people. We try to eliminate this with a check-in call every morning and so far that is working great!

      Pros

      You will learn a lot here and be given plenty of freedom. Mistakes will be treated as an opportunity for education rather than something to be punished for. Management/Ownership is also very personable and will take care of you.

      Cons

      Salary somewhat low for work expectations.
