I worked at Alpha Theory for roughly a year and a half. I believe that this company is what started the success in my career. From the time that I interviewed, I felt comfortable and included. There was never a time that I had any doubt of their intentions. I still talk to many of my former colleagues and receive valuable advice from them.
The culture at Alpha Theory is unparalleled. When collaborating, I always felt like my opinion mattered. Management was great, to the point where I find myself missing that same kind of leadership.
The interview process can seem a little intimidating but that is only because they are looking for the right fit. Trust me, it is totally worth it. I would not hesitate to go through the process time and again.
In conclusion, my experience at Alpha Theory was fantastic. I have no bad things to say. If you have the opportunity to work here, please do. You will not regret it.
